Ingredients (for a double portion):

  • 6cl of a light freshwhisky (I used the Goalong Small Batch Single Malt )
  • 3 Prickly pears (Cactus fruit), I used two red ones, one yellow.
  • A can of tonic water
  • Ice
  • Garnish (I did not use any, but you can put a thin slice of the fruit on the rim.)

Tools:

  • Blender
  • Cocktail glasses
  • (Optional: A small sieve)
