whiskycocktail

Ingredients (for a double portion):
- 6cl of a light freshwhisky (I used the Goalong Small Batch Single Malt )
- 3 Prickly pears (Cactus fruit), I used two red ones, one yellow.
- A can of tonic water
- Ice
- Garnish (I did not use any, but you can put a thin slice of the fruit on the rim.)
Tools:
- Blender
- Cocktail glasses
- (Optional: A small sieve)
